We're dedicated to making yoga available to everyone. We are qualified to teach the Iyengar yoga method, named after our guru BKS Iyengar and widely practiced throughout the world. Developed by Iyengar over the past 70 years, the method focuses on precision, alignment and safety in the postures. It builds strength, flexibility, stamina and balance, a healthy body and a relaxed, alert mind.
We run friendly, comfortable classes in beautiful halls around the Tyne Valley. We have equipment and mats available to borrow on request. We so look forward to meeting you and welcoming new yogis.
As well as local classes, we also offer a range of events including our popular yoga & therapy days. We are fully mobile to offer private classes at clients own homes or workplace. We welcome your questions, feedback and insights as you and we evolve.
"Jenny's yoga 4 all is a fantastic workout for people of all ages and abilities. Jenny is a most enthusiastic, genuine and motivated teacher, who imparts her wide knowledge and experience to her many varied classes"
"I attended Jenny's yoga/therapy workshop over the summer and what a great job Jenny and her mum Alex did. I loved every minute of it from the fantastic yoga, amazingly relaxing massage to the delicious homemade carrot cake. This was certainly a day to remember."
"I love Jenny's classes. Her style of teaching is relaxed, supportive and fun. Yoga with Jenny has given me better balance, strength and confidence. I love my extended yoga family."
"After struggling with lower back problems for over a year, I was introduced to ALL4YOGA. Alex and Jenny made me so welcome and easy for me to join in the classes. Their hands on teaching plus their care and attention meant they looked after me and my lower back.
Now 6 months on I am able to manage my back problems so much better and simple things like putting on socks are no longer a problem. I feel so much better in myself, more flexible and I will continue with yoga along with regular Bowen treatments (which they also offer) as part of my ongoing routine.
If you have a lower back problem, don't give into it, do something proactive and positive and try ALL4YOGA. It's been great for me plus I've had so much fun doing it"
"I'm not flexible enough for yoga"
We hear this a lot, and all flexibilities are welcome, even if you feel you have very limited flexibility, the only way to improve is by coming along regularly. Through use of the props Iyengar yoga is suitable for everyone.
"What equipment do I need to bring?"
A typical Iyengar yoga kit consists of a mat, 4 foam pads, 2 wood bricks, belt and a blanket. Don't rush out to buy equipment if you are trying yoga for the first time, we have plenty spare you can borrow before you invest.
"Do I need to book onto your classes?"
No, all our classes operate on a drop in basis, so just turn up to whichever class you can make and enjoy.

Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.

"My parents took me to my first Iyengar yoga class when I was 16 to help with my tight hamstrings from running, however flexibility didn't come naturally to me and I had to work at it.
I continued to practice yoga on and off through uni experimenting with Hatha yoga also, eventually dedicating my practice solely to Iyengar Yoga from my mid 20's and this is when I decided to start my teacher training to enable me to work around my young son and also explore and pass on my passion for yoga.
I, like many others continue to practice yoga because it makes me feel soooo good!! I could also start to control my hormones and mental health much better, connect with myself on a deeper level as well as see a difference in my muscle tone and strength. I love the focus on alignment and the length of time given to fine tune each pose that Iyengar yoga offers.
I am very much about treating each client individually using my many tools and experiences as a practitioner and teacher. I believe greatly in 'alignment is key' and strive to find balance in body & mind."
"After suffering from severe back problems from an early age and being a gym fanatic, I found my first yoga class. I loved the awareness of alignment and the workout my body got without the strain. Regular practice has prevented the surgery that was needed on my back.
